CHICAGO – April 9, 2019 – Terrace 16, the contemporary American restaurant perched on the 16^th floor of Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago, invites guests and families to join in festive Easter celebrations with a bountiful brunch, an extravagant egg hunt on the outdoor terrace (weather permitting) and a lively Instagram wall to capture all of the Easter “egg-citement.” The terrace will also be open for guests to take in the city’s most iconic views while enjoying the day with loved ones.

Throughout Easter morning, Terrace 16’s expert culinary team will treat guests to sweet and savory shareable brunch dishes offered a la carte. Family and friends can also raise a glass to the day with bottomless Moët Chandon Imperial, Syltbar and perfectly crafted mimosas, Bellinis and Bloody Marys.

In addition to the full brunch menu, diners will enjoy three specials catered to the spirted holiday, including Baked Oysters Rockefeller and Bienville ($18); Braised Lamb Shank with a parsnip-white chocolate puree, caramelized apple and braised chard ($38); and Escarole and Beans with Parmesan broth and a parsley gremolata ($10). Those with a sweet tooth can also indulge in Executive Pastry Chef Jared Bacheller’s array of decadent desserts, including White Chocolate Egg with strawberry-rhubarb and brown butter kataifi nest and Carrot Cake with violet macarons and sage grass.

While parents relax and enjoy the stylings of a live musical trio from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., younger guests can partake in festive Easter activities! Children can hunt for Easter eggs hidden in the nooks and crannies of the Grand Foyer and will even get to meet the star of the day – the Easter Bunny himself! Guests are encouraged to snap a picture with the handsome hare in front of the interactive Instagram wall to commemorate the holiday.
